Welcome to your own little slice of home. This three-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment was thoughtfully designed from top to bottom to feel welcoming - filled with accent colors, textures, and patterns that are aesthetically pleasing.
No pets. Not wheelchair accessible.
NOTE: Unit is on the second floor of a duplex. The building is over 100 years old, so sound travels easily. We ask guests to be mindful of downstairs neighbors. We require that guests be 21 years of age to stay at our home unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Larger or multigenerational families have the option to rent the downstairs unit to create a full house occupancy.
Parking passes are required to park in the front or rear of the building. You’ll find your guest parking passes on the table at check-in, which should be placed on your car dashboard.
Security cameras are installed at the front and back doors of the building, and the main hallway between the apartments for safety reasons.
There are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers on site.
