Cozy North Beach Apartment
Welcome to your home away from home, just a couple blocks away from the beautiful Ventnor beaches! This two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment was intentionally designed from top to bottom to feel relaxed yet fun, with pops of color and textures for your eyes to feast on.
No pets. Not wheelchair accessible.
NOTE: Unit is on the first floor of a duplex. The building is over 100 years old, so sound travels easily. We ask guests to be mindful of other guests and neighbors. We require that guests be 21 years of age to stay at our home unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Larger or multigenerational families have the option to rent the downstairs unit to create a full house occupancy.
Parking passes are required to park in the front or rear of the building. You’ll find your guest parking passes on the welcome table at check-in, which should be placed on your car dashboard.
Security cameras are installed at the front and back doors of the building, and the main hallway between the apartments for safety reasons.
There are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers on site.
