Full Occupancy Duplex
Make yourself at home in our entire duplex, located just two blocks from the beautiful Ventnor beaches! This five-bedroom, two-bathroom multi-unit home allows you to enjoy both apartment units adjoined together between two floors.
No pets. Not wheelchair accessible.
NOTE: Our home is a combination of 2 apartment units that make up the duplex making it perfect for larger or multigenerational families. We require that guests be 21 years of age to stay at our home unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Parking passes are required to park in the front or rear of the building. You’ll find your guest parking passes on the table at check-in, which should be placed on your car dashboard.
Security cameras are installed at the front and back doors of the building, and the main hallway between the apartments for safety reasons.
There are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers on site.
